Garman – DeHaan Search was founded in 1999 with the mission of providing premier talent to premier clients.  That continues as our sole mission today.  We are a focused and agile boutique firm operating in the Renewable Energy, Technology and Financial Services (primarily Insurance) niches.

We pride ourselves on building relationships with professionals and introducing them to our broad, yet selective group of clients. Many of our clients are small-to-medium, high-growth organizations that look only to us to provide them with key talent including VC firms in our niche. We also represent many Fortune 500 organizations who have tried the “resume houses” and are looking for old school service. Most of our clients work with us on a retained basis, or on a contingent basis if it fits our client’s needs.

We have a unique understanding of how to source and identify key talent.  It’s no mystery that talent is the ultimate competitive advantage.  We deliver that talent.
